The following terms & conditions are set out to be clear and, above all, fair. By the use of our service, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

Prices - The price you see is the price you pay. There are NO hidden extras. Postage and delivery costs are as shown.

All prices include VAT at the current rate, and also include postage and packing costs. Goods for outside the EU will be VAT free.

Payments - La Bella Bridal accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express.

We operate a secure on-line processing system provided by PayPal using their secure servers: All payments are handled in sterling. If purchasing from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

La Bella Bridal reserves the right to decline orders that do not pass the Address Verification System. This is not only a protection for us, but also for you in case of stolen or misused cards.

We know of no case of credit card fraud using our shopping website. When you place your order all your personal information including card number, name and address is encrypted. This encryption process scrambles all the information into code, which is then transmitted safely over the Internet. No-one sees your credit card number, not even us.

Returns Policy
La Bella Bridal endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.

Please notify us by email info@labellabridal.co.uk within 7 days of receipt should there be any problems with the goods you receive.

Please email info@labellabridal.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with the details of any items you wish to return and your order number before you return the items to us. We will then confirm return details and returns number.

Refunds/exchanges after 7 days from the date of receipt are at our discretion.

Any items MUST be sent back complete with original packaging.

Once we receive the goods, we will then refund or exchange the items returned. Refunds will be within 30 days of the return of the unused purchase.

No refunds are available on pierced earrings for health and hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace/earrings sets for the same reasons.

Please ensure that you include your name, address, and order number with the items. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.

For your own security, we strongly recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

The return postage cost will not be reimbursed.

Trading Name La BellaBridal is a trading website. Please Note: Your payment will be shown as La Bella Bridal on your credit/debit card statement.

Online Shop Delivery Charges Explained
These delivery charges are specific to products that are purchased online through the shop and not to any deliveries that are made indirectly via La Bella Bridals’ retail store.

Most of the items on this website are made to order so delivery times are inclusive of the time it takes to make the item(s) that have been ordered. In most instances we allow 9 days for the making of the item and the delivery time is added. Therefore in most cases (UK) this is 10 days inclusive of making your purchase and delivery.

La Bella Bridal uses the Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day service. This service insures the items up to a value of £500.00. You will be emailed prior to sending your items to ensure that you are available to sign for them. Once your items have been made, they will be sent for delivery within 1 day, plus a maximum of 9 days for making the product.

Total time from purchase to receipt of items = 10 days

Postage & Packing Costs

  • First Item = £5.50
  • Second Item = Free
  • Third Item = Free
  • Fourth Item, and each consecutive item after = £1.00

La Bella Bridal uses the Royal Mail International Signed For™ service. This service insures the items up to a value of £500.00.You will be emailed prior to sending your items to ensure that you are available to sign for them. Once your items have been made, they will be sent for delivery within 7 days, plus a maximum of 9 days for making the product.

Total time from purchase to receipt of item(s) = 16 days

Postage & Packing Costs

  • First Item = £9.99
  • Second Item = Free
  • Third Item = Free
  • Fourth Item, and each consecutive item after = £1.00

N.B. If your country is within Europe but outside the EU, the products you purchase will be VAT free, so it is important to state this when you checkout. All our products are inclusive of UK VAT so you will receive a deduction of 15%. We must state however this will not apply to the delivery charge.

Once your items have been made, they will be sent for delivery within 10 days, plus a maximum of 9 days for making the product.

    Total time from purchase to receipt of item(s) = 19 days
  • First Item = £12.99

N.B. You purchase will be VAT free, so it is important to state this when you checkout. All our products are inclusive of UK VAT so you will receive a deduction of 15% on your total purchase. We must state however this will not apply to the delivery charge.

Returns
We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met.

Goods should be securely packaged and sent back postage paid to the following address:

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy).

We send an invoice with every order, if your package has a printed label, then it also must have an invoice, as the printed label comes off the top of the invoice, so please check the packaging carefully.

Goods returned for a refund must be posted back to us within 7 days of you receiving them.

No postage or packaging costs will be refunded.

All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging, tiaras are sent in sealed clear plastic wrappers, this must remain intact, we cannot refund tiaras returned without the wrapper or if the wrapper has been opened.

It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and returns should be insured against transit damage or loss.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.

Please be aware we cannot make exceptions to these few conditions and goods returned outside the time frame or without the original invoice will not be refunded and will be disposed off at our discretion.

VAT
All prices include 17 1/2% UK Value Added Tax.

VAT is included in the price for all customers from EU member states.

Non EU customers will not be charged VAT, during the checkout process as soon as you enter your address the VAT will be deducted.
