Before the testimonials I would like to personally thank everyone who has sent us a card, flowers, chocolates, photographs, letters, bottles of wine, champagne, and all the fattening, but wonderful wedding cakes we receive. It’s so thoughtful that you think of us and we dearly appreciate it. The following are kind words that we have received, and under pressure from the gentlemen who design and market our website ;) we have agreed at last to start putting them on our website.

Dear Madam,

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the very happy experience we had recently when choosing my daughter’s wedding dress.

My daughter had phoned me to say she had seen the dress of her dreams on your website so I popped in on a busy Saturday morning to have a look.

A wonderful young lady called Debbie looked it up for me in the book and took me upstairs to see it. I was so very impressed although she knew I wasn’t buying at that time, my daughter wasn’t with me. Nothing was too much trouble she was so kind and patient.

When I got outside the shop I was so impressed with her and the service I received I phoned my daughter and she came straight in. It was a very busy Saturday morning but again Debbie found the time to show her several dresses and we made an appointment for 11am on the 9th April.

My daughter is not by her own admission is not a girly girl and Debbie gave her lots of advice and confidence. Nothing was too much trouble. After narrowing it down between 2 dresses one was the outright winner and we bought it. We never felt the need to visit any other shop.

I can’t tell you how proud I felt and how thrilled my daughter is and it was all thanks to Debbie’s advice patience and care. I always appreciate good service and would be really grateful if you would pass on our thanks to Debbie.

I am sure that all your ladies are just as good and I congratulate you on your shop, your stock and choice but most of all on your excellent customer service. I apologise for my handwriting but I have arthritis in my fingers and find it difficult to hold a pen for long.

Once again many many thanks to Debbie and you all, I would recommend you to anyone with the greatest of confidence.
